Why Do We Do It?
The Shoestring Travel Club was started with one goal in mind; to show people just like you that going on trips abroad doesn't have to be expensive, and they don't have to be booked months and years in advance.
Put simply, we want to inspire you to travel more for less.
Hey, I'm Adam!
I started the Shoestring Travel Club after finishing my Aviation degree at Uni. I kept finding ridiculously good deals to go on trips away, often at short notice, and my friends started asking me how I was doing it. Once I showed them, I wanted to share it with even more people, and hence the club was born!

The aim of the Shoestring Travel Club is to try and inspire you to use any free time you might have to start exploring the world. You don't have to book weeks off at a time from your usual daily schedule, nor do you have to try and break the bank to make a trip happen. You can start to explore with as little as a standard 2 day weekend, and roughly the same amount of money you'd spend on a night out with your friends. That's it!
All of this is possible for you to do, and you can start doing it today. My aim is to help show you how!

How Do We Do It?
We want to inspire you to go and travel more for less by doing a number of things:

We scour the web to look for, find and send you both fantastic flight deals and pre-built travel deals (i.e. combined flights & accommodation) for you to book

We review destinations and research places to visit, both from distance and in-person, uncovering the best must-visit places for you to try

We compile all the best findings from our research into specialised travel maps, making it easy for you to get inspired and know exactly where to visit next

We show you how to find your own great flight and travel deals, giving you the ability to look for and book your own Shoestring-style trips away whenever you have the time to do so!
By doing these things, we hope to give you everything you need to be able to start going on more great trips away whilst spending less money to do so.

Which destinations do you research and find deals to?
Our aim is to help you travel more for less, so we look to find deals to anywhere that can be visited without breaking the bank. This, therefore, mostly results in destinations in or around Europe.
Where do the deals you find depart from?
We currently look to find deals departing from all airports in the UK and Ireland. Which airports have the best deals from day to day varies, so not all airports will be shown in each update we show you
Can you book a flight or trip
for me?
Unfortunately not! We are not a travel agency, so we legally can't book flights or trips for you. However, that also means you can be sure we don't inflate deal prices and strive to show you the very best we can find
How do you show members the deals and places you find?
All great deals we find get added to our exclusive members area. That's also where we have our recommendation-filled travel maps, and pages showing you how to find great deals for yourself!
